Convenient Parking Access

Delicious Dining Options

Swell Resort has an excellent on-site dining option. The Italian restaurant downstairs offered a wonderful selection of meals and drinks, all at great prices. As a bonus, I received a 10% discount for being a guest. It was perfect when I wanted a meal without venturing far from my room.

I had a fantastic holiday experience at Swell Resort! The view from our top-level apartment overlooking the beach was breathtaking, and the room was spacious enough for our family of five. The pool was always accessible, and its temperature was perfect for a refreshing swim. However, I did notice that the shower heads could use an upgrade. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, especially with the Italian restaurant on-site providing a great discount for guests.

I had a lovely stay at Swell Resort with my family. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of cafes, and our room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view. However, the cleaning standards could definitely improve, and I found the parking situation a bit confusing.

My stay at Swell Resort was quite mixed. The location is superb, right across from Burleigh beach and near shops. The amenities are great, particularly the pools, which were enjoyable for my family. However, I faced significant issues with the check-in process and the management regarding our room booking. We ended up in a two-bedroom apartment when we had booked a one-bedroom, and the unexpected cleaning charges left a sour note on our trip.

I've been staying at these apartments for a while, and while the location is fantastic for walking to Burleigh, the early morning cleaning staff have made my time here tough. The units are decent but the noise level can disrupt your sleep. Overall, it's not ideal if you enjoy your rest, but if you're okay with waking up early, there's potential to enjoy your stay.
